John Richer serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Waypoint Biomedical Holdings, Inc. He assumed leadership of the company following its court-ordered revival in 2025 and has since led the company through a comprehensive restructuring process, bringing it into regulatory compliance and positioning it for its next phase of growth.
Under John's leadership, Waypoint Biomedical Holdings achieved good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State, Pacific Stock Transfer Company, and OTC Markets — including the removal of the Expert Market designation following the filing of audited financial statements for fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
John is focused on building Waypoint into a meaningful platform for early-stage biomedical innovation — identifying, supporting, and growing companies that are preparing for public markets or strategic investment partnerships.
